What is Greenville B-cycle?
Greenville B-Cycle is a partnership between Upstate Forever
and the Greenville Health System
. With eight stations and 35 bikes, the system provides community members and visitors an active way to get around town. Over the next two years, the program will expand to at least 10 bike stations and 50 bikes.
Greenville B-cycle is funded through grants, private donations, sponsorships, and member revenues. As a recipient of federal transportation funding, we adhere to Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by making every effort to ensure that transportation services are provided at a consistent level and quality to all income levels, races and ethnicities. Through our planning process we have reviewed the social and economic effects of federally funded projects and activities on minority and low-income populations and have targeted service to the extent possible within Greenville County. If you have ideas as to how we could better serve a more diverse audience, please contact us!
